The Splash filter comes with a 7-function selector valve with inspection sight glass. The distribution system integrated into the selector valve is designed to distribute the water evenly over the entire surface of the sand without displacement of the sand or channel effect. The blow molded tank resists corrosion and ultraviolet rays. The lower drain with secondary slotted lines draws water evenly over the entire diameter of the sand bed allowing increased flow, better filtration, longer cycles and more efficient backwashing.
